FACTS ABOUT OUR PRICING:
At TRILOGY CATERING, we treat every event and client on an individual basis. We do not sell pans of food, food per platter/tray or by individual pieces at set prices. Instead, we base our prices on your needs, wants and the types of food and service you select.
The final quote depends on your head count, menu selection and what type of service you require whether it’s a drop off or full service with staff.
Please email me the details of your event and what type of food and service you are looking for and then we will create a custom menu and price just for you!
Remember this is your event and special day and we want it to be the best it can be at an affordable price. Thank you in advance for considering our services.
Minimum catering order for drop off is $500. Minimum catering order for full service is $1200.
(final price will depend on menu and headcount)
***Gratuity for drop off service is at the discretion of the client. For full service with staff the service fee will be charged on the final invoice at 20% and any gratuity to the staff at the end of the event is at the clients discretion.***

TRILOGY CATERING APPETIZERS:
Bacon Wrapped Scallops:This is one of the most popular choices for appetizers and for good reason! We use jumbo scallops and wrap them in sweet smoked bacon and broil till crispy. Can also make them with shrimp. Everything is better with bacon!
Filet Mignon Crostini: Perfectly seasoned and grilled tenderloin of beef placed atop toasted baguette slices on a bed of horseradish and blue cheese sauce.
Trilogy Mini Crab Cakes: Jumbo lump and claw meat and season with a mix of spices and breadcrumbs and then broil to perfection. Served with a remoulade sauce for dipping.
Traditional Buffalo style, spicy, sweet, tangy BBQ or a combination. Served with blue cheese or ranch dressing, carrots and celery.
Spinach & Artichoke Dip:
Served with Tortilla Chips or Buttermilk Biscuits.
Shrimp Scampi Dip:
Lots of garlic, shallot, wine, lemon, butter, more garlic. Served with Crostini.
Fresh Fruit Cups:
Refreshing seasonal fruits like strawberries, pineapple, grapes and berries served in a cup.
Seasonal Vegetables served in a display cup with Green Goodess Dressing.

Grilled Skirt Steak:
This cut of meat is big on flavor but easy on the budget and once we season and grill it to perfection! Goes great with mushrooms and onions on the side.
Golden brown chicken in a marsala wine mushroom sauce.
Shun's Baked Ziti:
Sunday after church pleaser,Ground beef and Italian Sausage with plenty of Ricotta and Mozzarella Cheese.
Seasoned with garlic, onion, brown sugar, cracked pepper, apple cider and honey. Served with Hawaiian sweet rolls and tangy bbq sauce for slider sandwiches.
Shallot, capers, chicken stock, lemon and white wine make this dish one of our most requested! I also do a version of this dish using salmon.

Slow cooked Short Ribs with Cabernet Demi Sauce.
