Total honesty I was a bit nervous because all the reviews were 5 stars which sometimes means it's fake BUT I went ahead and hired Trilogy anyway for my family's trip to the Outer Banks and I am so glad I did! Chef Evan is lovely and an excellent chef. He managed to make all the items I asked for and was able to do it all gluten free for me. Best gluten free pancakes Ive ever had!! He showed up a few minutes early for both deliveries and everything was fresh and delicious! Everyone was happy and well fed for our week at the beach! The photos are gluten free baked ziti and garlic knots, both of which were incredible! I highly recommend Trilogy for your catering needs and certainly will use them again if I'm back in the area!

Chef Evan and the Trilogy team really made our 20th Wedding Anniversary dinner celebration special. Attention to detail, the food presentation, not to mention the taste, exceeded our expectations and truly made it a memorable experience. Trilogy Catering provided the most outstanding, unforgettable experience! We had brunches every morning for a senior beach-week trip in Corolla, and Chef Evan and Mrs. Teresa Daniels were the highlight of everyone's experience. They were incredibly attentive and added the sweetest personal touches that made my group feel very well taken care of. Everyone agreed that the food was beyond phenomenal; it was the perfect way for everyone to start their day! In addition to the highest-quality cooking/in-person service, they were a pleasure to work/coordinate with prior to my event.
